Did someone say Pick up!

Hey everyone it’s T!
Just checking in to say a warm hello and thank you for all of your support. I recently, by recently I mean just a few short hours ago, had the pleasure of whipping up a few platters for a good friend and awesome client! I of course couldn’t wait to share with you some photos..especially the Sweets Trio Platter!  You just can’t go wrong with smooth peanut butter fudge, chocolate dipped pretzels, and pecan tartlets! At least, I don’t think you can….;-)

I also included two sandwich trays filled with a black forest ham and provolone, turkey/swiss and cranberry mayo, and a roasted chicken and sundried tomato!  I just love trying new flavors and infusing those flavors in small bites!  Makes for a happy dance in your mouth. It’s been a busy week, and an even busier one is on the way. So make it a positive one wherever you are!

Until next time.
If it’s on your plate … EAT IT!

Chicken and Biscuits…Um yeah!

Hey friends! It’s nice and cool out here and perfect for some chicken and biscuits…in a casserole!  Check this out…the white wine and rosemary in the mushroom cream sauce really sent this over the top…EXCELLENT!  And of course I have a photo!  Because I just threw this together, I’ll have to write out the recipe and post soon!

Thanks for all the support! Until next time…

The Art of Realty! Teaming up with Reece & Nichols

See I told ya it’d be sooner than a month before my next post! ha 😉 The culinary world is full of joys and I just experienced another one earlier this week while working with a team from Reece and Nichols Realtors. My dear friend Carrie and he rmom Lori, contacted me about catering an event for their coworkers and of course I jumped at the chance. I hadn’t seen Carrie in years, so I was over the moon to help them out.

I had such a wonderful location, ARTichokes in Leawood, KS  and it was a spectacular event. The group got together for a team building activity of creating a painting. I have to say they created a beautiful painting for their office. I of course provided the treats! And treats they were.  it was a mixture of fresh fruits & dip, assorted cupcakes, roasted corn & tomato pasta salad, and assorted sandwich wraps.  I can not thank them enough for letting me be part of their event.  You can check out all the photos at www.facebook.com/Sealed.With.A.T

Some new adventures await, so stay tuned.  Until next time…

Shame on me!

I’ve been posting so much on the Sealed With A “T” Facebook page that I’ve barely had anytime to update my blog…yes we call this an EPIC Fail of major proportions! Truly sorry and will do my best to make it up to you. Sealed With A “T” will be at this month’s Wine Walk on Delaware in the River Market. I hope you’ll get a chance to come out and try some treats….especially my take on the cannoli! To let you know things have been busier than ever and I’m even more excited that this is the gift I should be using. In fact, I’ve been cooking like crazy and I’ve posted a new pic below for you to see. One of my favorite dishes on one of my favorite plates! I’ll have more coming soon as I navigate the waters of WordPress. Be sure to visit facebook.com/Sealed.With.A.T to keep up with my culinary adventures!

Until next time…(which will be much sooner than a month from now)
